Anne Parillaud (born 6 May 1960) is a French actress. She has been acting since 1977. She is most famous for playing the main character in the movie La Femme Nikita. This film was directed by Luc Besson.

Early Life and Career
Anne Parillaud was born in Paris, France. When she was in school, she studied ballet. She started her acting career at the age of 16. Her first movie was L'hôtel de la plage in 1978.
Becoming a Star
In 1990, Anne Parillaud starred in the movie La Femme Nikita. This role made her well-known around the world. After this film, she acted in several movies outside of France. These included Map of the Human Heart, Innocent Blood, and Frankie Starlight.
