Where is Aspendell?
Aspendell is found in the eastern part of California. It is part of Inyo County, which is known for its stunning natural landscapes. The community sits at a high elevation of about 8,409 feet (2,563 meters) above sea level. This makes it one of the higher places where people live in California.
The area around Aspendell is very scenic. It is close to California State Highway 168, which is a road that winds through the mountains. This highway often follows along Bishop Creek, a beautiful waterway. The high elevation means Aspendell is surrounded by mountains and has cooler temperatures, especially during the winter months.
