Atomkraft facts for kids
Atomkraft was a heavy metal band from England. They were part of a big music movement. This movement was called the New Wave of British Heavy Metal. The band started in 1979. They stopped playing together in 1988. Later, they started playing again in 2005.
Atomkraft played a special kind of music. They called it "Total Metal." Their sound was a mix of different styles. It was like other heavy metal bands such as Motörhead and Venom. It also had parts of punk rock bands like The Dickies. You could also hear sounds like early Exodus or Slayer.

- Tony Dolan - He plays bass guitar and sings. He was in the band from 1979 to 1986. He also played in 1988. Tony returned to the band in 2005. He has also played in other bands like Venom.
- Steve Mason - He plays the drums. He joined in 2005.
- Payre Hulkoffgarden - He plays the guitar. He also joined in 2005.
Past Members
Many talented musicians played in Atomkraft. They helped create the band's sound.
- Ian Davison Swift was a singer from 1986 to 1988.
- Guitar players included Ian Legg, Chris Taylor, Sean Drew, Steve White, Neil Rander, Rob Mathew, and Raggy.
