The Azerbaijan Futsal Premier League is the top futsal league in Azerbaijan. It started in 1994 and is run by the Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan. This league follows the rules set by UEFA and currently has six teams. Futsal is a type of football played indoors on a smaller field, usually with five players per side.

The league has a rich history since it began in 1994. The team called Araz Naxçivan is super successful! They have won the Premier League 17 times. That's a lot of championships!
During the COVID-19 pandemic in Azerbaijan, some seasons were affected. The 2019-20 season had to stop early. Araz Naxçivan was declared the champion because they were the top team at that time. The 2020-21 season was also cancelled. Even so, Araz Naxçivan was chosen by the AFFA to play in the 2021–22 UEFA Futsal Champions League.
