The Belcher–Ogden Mansion; Benjamin Price House; and Price–Brittan House Historic District is a special area in Elizabeth, New Jersey. It's a historic district, which means it has important old buildings. This district covers about 0.8 acres and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.

It is located near Boxwood Hall, another historic site. This area is in the heart of old Elizabethtown. Elizabethtown was the first English-speaking settlement in what later became the Province of New Jersey.

The Belcher–Ogden House is one of the important buildings in the historic district. It was built a long time ago, in 1742. This house was added to the National Register of Historic Places on November 2, 1978. It's a great example of old architecture from that time.

The Nathaniel Bonnell House is located at 1045 East Jersey Street. It holds a special record: it's the oldest house in Elizabeth! Nathaniel Bonnell built this house himself. He was from New Haven, Connecticut, and was part of the group that helped establish Elizabeth.

He built the house sometime before 1682. Some people even think it might have been as early as 1670. Nathaniel Bonnell was an important person in the early days of New Jersey. He served in the government, called the General Assembly, in 1692. His name was last officially mentioned in 1696.
