Ben Pollinger's Journey to Becoming a Chef

Learning from the Best Chefs
After culinary school, Ben trained with a very famous chef named Alain Ducasse. He worked at Chef Ducasse's restaurant, Le Louis XV, in Monte Carlo. This experience helped him learn advanced cooking skills.
