Beverley has hosted many TV shows. From 2004 to 2005, she helped host Breakfast Television in Vancouver. Later, she became a co-host for CMT Canada's main show, CMT Central. She was also a judge on the show "CMT Chevy Karaoke Star." Other shows she hosted include Project Mom/Project Dad and Pick a Puppy.
In 2005, Beverley started a business called BPM Entertainment Corp. with a Canadian entrepreneur. She later took full ownership of the company in 2012. Beverley went to Saunders High School in London, Ontario.

Beverley Mahood has been a big name in music across Canada and the United States. Her first album, Girl Out of the Ordinary, came out in 1998. This album had many popular songs played on the radio and cool music videos.
She signed with 143 Records, a music company owned by famous producer David Foster. With David Foster, she joined a female music group called Lace. They released an album called Lace in 1999. Their first song, "I Want a Man," was a huge hit in Canada. It also became the number one music video on CMT's Chevy Top 20.
Her second solo album, Moody Blue, was released in 2004. The music video for her song "The First Day You Wake Up Alone" also reached number one on CMT.

Besides singing her own songs, Beverley has written for other artists. She co-wrote the popular song "Come to Me" for Celine Dion. This song was on Celine Dion's 2005 album, Miracle.

She also acted in the 2004 TV movie Chicks with Sticks. Beverley was chosen to play the singing superhero Dazzler in the movie X-Men: The Last Stand (2006). However, her scenes were later cut from the movie.

Beverley Mahood is very involved in charity work. She has hosted the Kinsmen Telemiracle in Saskatchewan every March for many years. In 2024, it was her 27th year hosting! As a host, Beverley performs, sings, introduces other performers, and talks to people who have raised money for the telethon. She also sings the Telemiracle theme song, "Thank You," which has been used since 2021.
She also performed at The Bohemian Ball in Toronto in 2009. This event helped raise money for the SickKids Foundation and the Hospital for Sick Children.
