Birrieria PDX began as a bright red food cart. You can find its original location on Division Street in the Centennial neighborhood of Southeast Portland, Oregon. Food carts are like small, mobile kitchens that serve food on the go.

How Birrieria PDX Started
This restaurant is a true family effort! It opened in August 2020. The co-owners are Daniel Miranda and Lorena Brambila, who are married. Daniel's sister, Grecya Miranda, and her husband, Ivan Uc, are also co-owners.
Growing the Business
Since it first opened, Birrieria PDX has become very popular. The business has grown a lot! As of 2022, there are now four Birrieria PDX food carts located around Portland. This means more people can enjoy their delicious birria!
