About Bluebell Falls Farm
The O'Sullivan family owns the Bluebell Falls farm. It is a certified food business. This means they are approved to make food products.
Before 1995, the farm mostly raised cattle and sheep. Around 1995, they started making new products. These products were made from goat's milk.
By 2008, they had 130 goats for milking. In 2011, they decided to focus only on goats. They now produce only goat milk and cheese. The farm is in Charleville, County Cork. It has great views of the Ballyhoura mountains.

Bluebell Falls farm makes several types of goat cheese. They use milk from their Saanen and Tangenberg goats. Their fresh cheese is sold when it is just 24 hours old. It is made in the style of French chevre cheese.
