Discovering Bluff's Sea History
Bluff is a very special place in New Zealand. It's close to Omaui, an ancient settlement of the Māori people. Bluff is also one of the oldest European settled communities in New Zealand. This means its history shows how two different cultures came together. The sea has always been super important to the people living here.

Art and Old Bluff
The museum also has beautiful artwork. These paintings show scenes from Bluff's early days. Back then, Bluff was officially known as Campbelltown. The art helps you imagine what life was like when the town was just starting out.
