Boost: A Look at Its History
How Boost Advertising Changed
In 2010, there was an agreement about how Boost Kid Essentials could be advertised. Nestlé agreed to make sure that any health claims about the drink were supported by strong scientific studies. This included claims about preventing sickness or reducing sick days for children. This agreement helped make sure that advertising for health products is clear and accurate.
Boost's Growth and New Products
In 2011, Boost products got a new look with updated packaging and bottle shapes. Because more people wanted Boost drinks, Nestlé added another production line at its factory in Indiana in 2013. This helped them make more drinks to meet the demand.
In 2015, the brand launched the Boost Compact range. The next year, in 2016, they introduced the Boost Simply range. These new lines offered different options for people who enjoyed Boost. In 2018, Boost drinks became even more packed with protein. The amount of protein in each serving went up by 33%, from 15 grams to 20 grams.
