Bowling is a popular sport where players roll a ball down a lane to knock over pins. At the Pan American Games, a big sports event for countries in the Americas, bowling has been a part of the competition since the 1991 Pan American Games. The type of bowling played is mostly tenpin, which is the one you probably know best!

About Bowling at the Pan American Games

Bowling at the Pan American Games is managed by a group called World Bowling, specifically their American Zone division, PABCON. This ensures that the rules are fair and consistent for all the athletes competing. It's a chance for the best bowlers from North, Central, and South America, as well as the Caribbean, to show off their skills and compete for medals.
