Bradysville is a small place in Adams County, Ohio. It's known as an unincorporated community. This means it's a group of homes and businesses that isn't officially a city or town with its own local government. Instead, it's part of the larger county area.
History
Bradysville was first planned and settled in 1839. It was originally called Bradyville. A person named Van S. Brady founded the community, and it was named after him.
Later, in 1846, a post office was opened in Bradyville. This post office helped people send and receive letters and packages. It stayed open for many years, finally closing its doors in 1904.
