Brandon Scott Bye (born November 29, 1995) is an American professional soccer player. He plays for the Major League Soccer team New England Revolution.

College and Amateur Soccer Days
Brandon Bye was born in Kalamazoo, Michigan. He grew up in a nearby town called Portage, Michigan. Brandon played college soccer at Western Michigan University. He mostly played as a winger, which is a player who runs along the sides of the field.
During his time with the Western Michigan Broncos, Brandon played in 64 games. He started in 62 of those games. He scored 22 goals and helped his teammates score 19 times.
Before turning professional, Brandon also played for a few amateur teams. These teams included Grand Rapids FC, Kalamazoo FC, and Minneapolis City SC. They were all part of the National Premier Soccer League.
Becoming a Professional Player
On January 19, 2018, Brandon Bye took a big step in his career. The New England Revolution team chose him in the 2018 MLS SuperDraft. This draft is where professional soccer teams pick new players. Brandon was the 8th player chosen overall.
He officially signed with the New England Revolution on February 10, 2018. Just a few weeks later, Brandon made his first professional appearance. This happened on March 3, 2018, in a game against Philadelphia Union. He came into the game as a substitute in the 55th minute.
Brandon scored his very first professional goal on September 15, 2018. It was an exciting moment! He scored an equalizing goal in the 82nd minute against Los Angeles FC.
