Brandon Curry (born October 19, 1982) is an American professional bodybuilder. He is famous for competing in the top bodybuilding shows. Brandon won the biggest title in bodybuilding, Mr. Olympia, in 2019. He also won the Arnold Classic US twice, in 2019 and 2022.

About Brandon Curry
Brandon's Early Life
Brandon Curry was born and grew up in Nashville, Tennessee. He first got interested in lifting weights when he was six years old. He received Hulk Hogan dumbbells as a birthday gift.
Brandon later shared that superhero toys like G.I. Joe inspired him. Movies like Rocky and Rambo also motivated him. He wanted to make his body as strong and muscular as possible.
As a kid, Brandon tried gymnastics. However, he soon lost interest in it. In high school, he played wrestling, track and field, and football. He attended Hunters Lane Comprehensive High School in Nashville.
College and Training
Curry went to Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. He studied exercise science there. At first, he played on the university's football team. Later, he left the team to focus on weight training for bodybuilding.
Outside of bodybuilding, Brandon works as a personal trainer. He lives in both Nashville and Oceanside, California.
Brandon's Bodybuilding Journey
Brandon Curry entered his first bodybuilding contest in 2000 when he was 19. He won both the beginner's title and the overall competition. In 2003, he won the Supernatural Bodybuilding Show.
In 2006, he placed second in the light-heavyweight division. This was at the NPC Junior National Championships. He weighed 189 pounds for that event. The next year, he gained 28 pounds. He moved up to the heavyweight division. He finished second in his division at the NPC USA Championships in 2007. Later that year, he placed second again at the NPC National Championships.
In 2008, Brandon won both the heavyweight division and the overall title at the NPC USA Championships. This win made him a professional bodybuilder. His first time competing at the Mr. Olympia was in 2011, where he placed 8th.
In 2019, he won the Arnold Classic. This showed he was one of the best bodybuilders in the world. He then won the 2019 Mr. Olympia competition, which is the biggest title in the sport.

Brandon Curry is married to Brandy Leaver. They have one daughter named Zoey. They also have three sons, including Marvelous Curry.
