Brett Grogan (born August 30, 1973) is an Australian former rugby league player. He played during the 1990s and early 2000s. Brett was known for playing as a winger or centre.

He played for three different teams in his career. These teams were the Newcastle Knights, the Gateshead Thunder, and the Northern Eagles.

Brett Grogan's Rugby League Journey

Brett Grogan started his professional rugby league career in 1994. He made his very first top-level game for the Newcastle Knights. This exciting debut was against the Illawarra team.

In 1995, Brett played in 13 games for the Knights. His team even reached the preliminary final, which is like a semi-final. They played against Manly but unfortunately lost.

Two years later, in 1997, Brett played 12 games. He was part of the team during two important finals matches. These games were against Parramatta and Manly.

Brett's last game for the Newcastle Knights was in 1998. It was an elimination final game against the Canterbury team.

Playing in England

In 1999, Brett Grogan moved to England to play. He joined the original Gateshead club, which was called Gateshead Thunder. This team played in the Super League, a top rugby league competition.

After the season ended, the Gateshead club stopped playing. Brett then returned to Australia.

Back in Australia

In 2000, Brett Grogan joined a new team called the Northern Eagles. He was part of their very first match. This game was against his former team, the Newcastle Knights.
