Buckingham, Ohio facts for kids
Buckingham is a small, unincorporated community located in Perry County, Ohio, in the U.S. state of Ohio. An unincorporated community means it's a group of homes and businesses that don't have their own local government, but are part of a larger county.
History of Buckingham
Buckingham was officially planned and laid out in 1873. For a few years, not much happened there. However, things changed when a railroad line was built through the area in 1881. The arrival of the railroad often brought more people and businesses to communities, helping them grow.
