Main Bus Characters

- Colin – A green country bus. Colin loves getting dirty and really dislikes taking baths. He often has a wheat stick in his mouth.
- Susan – A pink shopping bus. Susan is a bit shy but also very clever.
- Roger – A white and blue airport bus. Roger is one of the older buses and sounds like a combat pilot.
- Harry – A red holiday bus. Harry is very kind, but he is scared of the dark. He is a good friend to Sammy.
- Stephanie – A white and yellow station bus. Stephanie can be quite bossy sometimes and makes funny mistakes, like trying to drive on railway lines!
- Penny – A blue and yellow bus. She calls her friends "pet." In one episode, there's a male bus who looks like her.
- Arnold – A red double-decker bus. Arnold is the oldest of all the buses. He often forgets things and can sometimes go the wrong way or crash into objects.
- Mr. Spector – The boss of the bus garage in Chumley. He is the General Manager and Bus Inspector.
Other Bus Friends
- Rick – An orange racing bus. Rick drives very fast, which can make his passengers feel a bit sick!
- Frank – A silver American tour bus. Frank has a cowboy accent and takes people on sightseeing tours.
- Prudence – A white and purple private bus. She is even bossier than Stephanie!
- Archie – Arnold's younger brother. He comes from London and is painted beige and red.
