Cabo Manglares facts for kids

Cabo Manglares is a special place located at the very western edge of Colombia. It's found in the Nariño Department and sits right on the waters of the Mira River.

This cape is part of the Tumaco municipality. It's about 45 kilometers (around 28 miles) southwest of the main town of Tumaco. It's also about 36.6 kilometers (around 22.7 miles) from a place called Ancón de Sardinas.

Cabo Manglares is important because it's the westernmost point of the Colombian mainland. This means it's the furthest west you can go on the land part of Colombia!
