Cadams is a small, unincorporated community located in Nuckolls County, Nebraska, in the United States. An 'unincorporated community' means it's a place where people live, but it doesn't have its own local government like a city or town does. Instead, it's part of the larger county.
History
Cadams had its own post office for many years, from 1892 until 1940. A post office was a very important place back then, helping people send and receive letters and packages. The community got its name from a man named C. Adams, who was a banker from a nearby town called Superior, Nebraska.
