Cady Danyl Groves (born July 30, 1989 – died May 2, 2020) was an American singer and songwriter. She was known for her pop and country music. Cady was from Emporia, Kansas. Some of her popular songs include "One in the Same," "This Little Girl," and "Oh Darling." She released several music collections called EPs during her life. These included A Month of Sundays (2009) and This Little Girl (2012). Another EP, Bless My Heart, came out after she passed away.

Early Life and Education
Cady Groves was born on July 30, 1989. She was the youngest of seven children. Her family moved several times when she was growing up. They lived in places like Marlow, Oklahoma, and Valley Center, Kansas.
Cady finished high school when she was sixteen. She really wanted to write songs and make music. Her family encouraged her to go to college first. So, she studied Culinary Arts at Mohave Community College. Later, she attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
Music Career
Cady Groves started her music career in 2009. She released her first EP, A Month of Sundays, that year. Her second EP, The Life of a Pirate, came out in 2010.
In 2010, Cady signed with RCA Records. She went on tour with famous bands like Third Eye Blind and Good Charlotte. Later, Cady joined an independent music label called Vel Records. In 2015, she released a song called "Crying Game." This song was inspired by her personal experiences. She also went on the High School Nation Tour. On this tour, she performed for many high school students.
Working with Other Artists
Cady Groves worked with many talented producers and songwriters. She collaborated with Stephen Jerzak on the song "Better Than Better Could Ever Be." She also teamed up with Plug in Stereo for "Oh Darling." This song was very popular and appeared on the Billboard Rock Digital Songs Chart.
In 2011, Cady was featured on songs by other artists. She sang on "You and I" by Secondhand Serenade. She also worked with Andrew de Torres on "All That I Need Is You." In 2015, she collaborated with Christian Burghardt on the song "Whiskey and Wine."
Later Life
Cady Groves passed away on May 2, 2020, when she was 30 years old. After her death, her fifth EP was released. It was called Bless My Heart and came out on May 29, 2020.
