What is Demography?

Demography is the study of how populations change over time. It looks at things like how many people live in a place and how that number grows or shrinks.

Population Changes in Campins

The population of Campins has changed quite a bit over the centuries. For example, in 1497, only 14 families lived there. By 1717, this grew to 67 families.

In the mid-1800s, the population reached over 350 people. However, it then slowly decreased for many years. By 1981, only 160 people lived in Campins.

Since then, the population has started to grow again. In 2006, there were 363 people, and by 2011, it reached 507. This shows that more people are choosing to live in Campins now.
