Capaya is a small town in Venezuela. It is part of a larger area called a parish. Capaya is located in the Acevedo Municipality, Miranda state.
The town is about 19 kilometers (12 miles) east-northeast of the Caribbean Sea. Capaya sits at an elevation of about 79 meters (259 feet) above sea level. In 2011, about 13,151 people lived in Capaya.
