Carl Tart's Life and Career
Carl Tart was born in Mississippi but grew up in Los Angeles. He is a regular performer at the Upright Citizens Brigade (UCB) in LA. This is a famous theater where many comedians learn and perform improv comedy. Since 2013, he has been part of an improv group called The Big Team.
Carl has appeared on many popular comedy podcasts. He is a frequent guest on Comedy Bang! Bang!. On this show, he plays many funny characters. Some of his most popular characters include a lawyer named Italiano Jones and The Chief from the Carmen Sandiego game show. He also plays a funny version of Charles Barkley and an 80s rapper called MC Sugarbutt. Carl is also one half of a country music duo called Memphis Kansas Breeze, where he performs with Drew Tarver.
