María Carmina Muñiz Villarroel-Legaspi (born August 17, 1975) is a famous Filipino actress and television host. She is also known for endorsing many products. Carmina is well-known for her roles as Lyneth Santos in the medical drama Abot-Kamay na Pangarap. She also played Cynthia in Esperanza, Lucille in Doble Kara, and George in Oki Doki Doc. Many people also know her as one of the hosts of popular TV shows like SiS and Sarap, 'Di Ba?.

Carmina Villarroel was married before to Rustom Padilla in 1994. That marriage ended in 2002.

Later, Carmina married her partner Zoren Legaspi on November 15, 2012. They already had twins, Mavy and Cassy, who were born on January 6, 2001, in the United States. Zoren planned a big surprise for Carmina: a surprise marriage proposal and a wedding! Their families and the TV network helped him keep it a secret. The special ceremony was even shown on TV as "Zoren-Carmina: Always Forever, A Wedding Like No Other."
