Carson Cistulli (born December 23, 1979) is an American writer, poet, and baseball expert who works for the Toronto Blue Jays. He is known for his poetry books and for his smart analysis of baseball statistics.

Life and Education
Growing Up
Carson Cistulli was born in Concord, New Hampshire. He grew up in an Italian-American family. When he was young, his parents divorced. He later went to a boarding school called Milton Academy in Massachusetts.
University Studies
After finishing high school in 1998, Cistulli went to Columbia University. There, he learned about poetry from a famous poet named Kenneth Koch.
Later, he earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Montana. He also received a master's degree in creative writing from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
