Casey Anne Burgess, born on December 19, 1988, is an Australian actress, TV star, and singer. She is well-known for being a member of the popular Australian children's music group Hi-5. Casey was part of Hi-5 from 2008 to 2013. She was born in Sydney, Australia. Her father, Ray Burgess, was also a musician and a presenter on the TV show Countdown.

Early TV Appearances

Casey Burgess started her television career early. She appeared in the TV show Home and Away. She also acted in a TV movie called Scorched. When she was fifteen, Casey worked as a presenter for a show called Girl TV.

Joining Hi-5

In April 2008, Casey joined the famous Australian children's music group Hi-5. As a member of Hi-5, she traveled on tours and filmed episodes for the television series. She performed with the group for almost five years. Casey left Hi-5 in January 2013 to start her own music career as a solo artist.

Solo Music and Other Projects

After leaving Hi-5, Casey began working on her first solo music album. She recorded it at Fox Studio. In 2013, Casey also sang as a guest on a song called "No Fracking Way". This song was by Leo Sayer and helped raise money for an environmental group called Lock the Gate. This group works against a mining process called fracking.

In 2020, Casey Burgess released her first solo album. It was titled Space to Breathe.
