Girl TV was a fun TV show made for teenage girls. It was shown on the Seven Network in Australia from 2003 to 2004. The show ran for two seasons before it ended.
What Was Girl TV About?
Girl TV talked about many different things, like technology, fashion, and what different jobs are like. The main idea of the show was "Girls can do anything!" It also had a short mini-series called It's A Girl's Life. This mini-series had 16 episodes, each about one minute long. In these short episodes, each presenter dressed up as a different character.

The Girl Album
In early 2005, the girls from the show released a CD and DVD set. It was first called Gal but then changed to Girl. The DVD included all the episodes of the It's A Girl's Life mini-series as a bonus. The album did not become very popular and got mixed reviews. You can find the album on the iTunes Store and sometimes in stores. It was released in Australia on January 21, 2005. On iTunes, the album is now called A Girl's Life, and the artist is listed as "Girl".
What Happened After the Show?
The girls from Girl TV continued their careers after the show ended. There was also a website for the show, which you could find through yahoo7.com.au. In 2005, Juliette Harkness and Chrissie Rose appeared as guests on the ABC Network TV show, Blue Water High. The Seven Network showed repeats of Girl TV during school holidays in 2007 and 2008. In 2008, it was also shown on Saturdays around 11:00 am on the Seven Network. Casey Burgess later joined the popular children's music group Hi-5, replacing Charli Robinson.
