The Catholic University of Petrópolis (often called UCP) is a special kind of university in Petrópolis, Brazil. Petrópolis is a city in the state of Rio de Janeiro. UCP is a private university, which means it's not run by the government. It's also non-profit, so it uses its money to improve the school.
This university is supported by the Catholic Church in Petrópolis. UCP is known for its good education. For example, its Physiotherapy program got the highest score in Rio de Janeiro state on a big student exam. Its Biomedicine program also scored very high. How to Join UCP
To get into UCP for an undergraduate degree, students usually take one of two exams. One is the ENEM, which is a national exam in Brazil. The other is UCP's own entrance exam, called a vestibular. These tests help the university choose its new students.
