The Centre for Conflict and Peace Studies, often called CAPS, is a special research group in Kabul, Afghanistan. It started in July 2006. CAPS works on important topics to help Afghanistan.
CAPS is one of the few research centers in Afghanistan run by Afghans. Its team is made up of Afghan experts. The center focuses on doing research and sharing ideas. It also helps train people and build skills.
