About Brandel Littlejohn
Brandel Littlejohn grew up in Trenton, New Jersey. He went to Trenton Catholic Academy nearby. When he was younger, he mostly played basketball. Later, he studied digital film at Mercer County Community College.
Becoming a Professional Wrestler
Starting Out (2012–2013)
Brandel Littlejohn began his wrestling journey with a group called Beyond Wrestling. His first match was in September 2012 in Philadelphia, where he wrestled as Leech Landa. In 2013, he also had a couple of matches with Wrestling Is...Respect! in Boonton, New Jersey.
Time in Ring of Honor (2013–Present)
Littlejohn joined Ring of Honor (ROH) on July 11, 2013. He wrestled under the name Cheeseburger. His first match was in Chicago, where he teamed up with Roderick Strong. They tried to win the ROH World Tag Team Championship but didn't succeed.
The name "Cheeseburger" came from a story where wrestler Charlie Haas made fun of him. However, he had actually gotten the nickname three years earlier from another wrestler, Rhett Titus.
In 2014, Cheeseburger tried twice to win the ROH World Television Championship from Jay Lethal. He wrestled in Baltimore and Carbondale, Illinois, but couldn't win the title.
Cheeseburger also formed a tag team called Brutal Burgers with "Brutal" Bob Evans. After their team broke up, they became rivals. Their big match was at Final Battle, where Cheeseburger defeated Evans.
In January 2016, Cheeseburger once again challenged for the World Television Championship. This time, he faced Roderick Strong in Collinsville, Illinois, but still didn't win.
Changing His Name to World Famous CB
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Brandel Littlejohn thought a lot about his wrestling career. He felt that the "Cheeseburger" character wasn't growing anymore. So, in February 2021, he announced on Twitter that he would no longer use that name. A few days later, on ROH TV, it was revealed his new name would be "World Famous CB."
In 2022, after Tony Khan bought Ring of Honor, World Famous CB continued to appear at big events. He had matches at Supercard of Honor XV, Death Before Dishonor, and Final Battle. He teamed with Eli Isom at Final Battle but lost to Angelo Parker & Matt Menard.
Wrestling in Japan (2016–2018)
On January 4, 2016, Cheeseburger made a surprise appearance for New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW) in Japan. He took part in the New Japan Rumble at Wrestle Kingdom 10 in Tokyo Dome. He became good friends with NJPW wrestler Jushin Liger. Cheeseburger even started using Liger's special move, the Shotei palm strike.
Cheeseburger returned to NJPW on January 4, 2017, for another New Japan Rumble at Wrestle Kingdom 11 in Tokyo Dome. He eliminated one wrestler and was the last person to be eliminated from the match. The next day, he teamed up with some famous wrestlers like Hiro Saito and Scott Norton. They won their ten-man tag team match against Bullet Club.
At Wrestle Kingdom 12 in Tokyo Dome on January 4, 2018, Cheeseburger was again the last person eliminated from the New Japan Rumble. The next night, he teamed with Roppongi 3K but lost their match.
