Brandel Littlejohn, known in the wrestling world as World Famous CB (and before that, Cheeseburger), is an American professional wrestler. A professional wrestler is an athlete who performs in matches that combine sports and entertainment. He is most famous for his time with Ring of Honor (ROH). Even though he was often used as a "jobber" – a wrestler who usually loses to make others look strong – he became a big favorite among ROH fans.

About Brandel Littlejohn

Early Life and Interests

Brandel Littlejohn grew up in Trenton, New Jersey. He went to Trenton Catholic Academy in nearby Hamilton Township. When he was younger, his main interest in sports was playing basketball. Later, he studied digital film at Mercer County Community College.

Brandel Littlejohn's Wrestling Journey

Starting His Career (2012–2013)

Brandel Littlejohn began his wrestling career in 2012 with a group called Beyond Wrestling. He wrestled under the name Leech Landa in a match in Philadelphia. In 2013, he also had two matches with a group called Wrestling Is...Respect! in Boonton, New Jersey.

Time in Ring of Honor (2013–Present)

Littlejohn joined Ring of Honor (ROH) on July 11, 2013. He made his first appearance at an event called A Night of Hoopla in Chicago. He wrestled as Cheeseburger and teamed up with Roderick Strong. They tried to win the ROH World Tag Team Championship from reDRagon (Bobby Fish and Kyle O'Reilly), but they didn't succeed.

His wrestling name, Cheeseburger, came from a story where he was teased by another wrestler, Charlie Haas. However, he had actually been called Cheeseburger three years earlier by Rhett Titus.

In 2014, Cheeseburger tried twice to win the ROH World Television Championship from Jay Lethal. These matches happened at ROH's Second to None event in Baltimore and Road to Best in the World '14 show in Carbondale, Illinois, but he was not able to win the title.

Cheeseburger was also part of a tag team called Brutal Burgers with "Brutal" Bob Evans. After their team broke up, the two wrestlers had a rivalry. This ended in a big match at the Final Battle kickoff event, where Cheeseburger defeated Evans.

In January 2016, Cheeseburger again challenged for the World Television Championship against Roderick Strong during ROH's Winter Warriors Tour in Collinsville, Illinois. He did not win the championship.

During the COVID pandemic, Littlejohn thought about his wrestling character. He felt the "Cheeseburger" character wasn't growing anymore. So, in February 2021, he announced on Twitter that he would no longer use that name. On ROH TV, it was revealed that his new wrestling name would be "World Famous CB."

In 2022, after Tony Khan bought Ring of Honor, Littlejohn continued to appear at special pay-per-view events. He had matches against teams like the Gates of Agony at Supercard of Honor XV and The Trust Busters at Death Before Dishonor. At Final Battle, he teamed with Eli Isom but lost to Angelo Parker and Matt Menard.

Wrestling in New Japan Pro-Wrestling (2016–2018)

On January 4, 2016, Cheeseburger made a surprise appearance for New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW). He took part in the New Japan Rumble before the main show of Wrestle Kingdom 10 in Tokyo Dome. He was eliminated from the match by Yoshi-Hashi. During his time in NJPW, Cheeseburger became friends with wrestler Jushin Liger. This friendship led Cheeseburger to start using Liger's special "Shotei" palm strike as one of his own finishing moves.

Cheeseburger returned to NJPW on January 4, 2017, for the New Japan Rumble at Wrestle Kingdom 11 in Tokyo Dome. In this match, Cheeseburger eliminated Bone Soldier and stayed in the match until the very end. He was the last person eliminated by Michael Elgin. The next day, Cheeseburger teamed up with Hiro Saito, Hiroyoshi Tenzan, Satoshi Kojima, and Scott Norton in a ten-man tag team match. They won against the Bullet Club team.

At Wrestle Kingdom 12 in Tokyo Dome on January 4, 2018, Cheeseburger was once again the last wrestler eliminated from the New Japan Rumble. Masahito Kakihara pinned him to win the match. The next night, at New Year Dash !!, he teamed with Roppongi 3K but lost to Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks.
