She was best known for being a regular performer on the comedy show Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In. Chelsea Brown had a successful career in the United States before moving to Australia. There, she became famous for her roles in popular TV shows like Number 96 and as Abby Rossiter Patchett on E Street.

Early Career in the United States

Chelsea Brown was born as Lois Brown in Chicago, Illinois. Her parents were Mildred and Edward Brown. She started her career in the United States.

TV Shows and Movies in the US

Chelsea appeared in many TV shows. These included Love, American Style, Marcus Welby, M.D., and Ironside. She also had roles in Matt Lincoln, The Flying Nun, and the game show Match Game. In the United Kingdom, she was a guest on The Two Ronnies, where she sang "Let Me Be the One" by The Carpenters.

She also acted in films. Her movies included Sweet Charity (1969), Dial Hot Line (1970), and The Thing with Two Heads (1972).
