Christian Finnegan was born in Albany, New York. He spent his childhood growing up in Acton, Massachusetts. For high school, he went to The Walnut Hill School. This school in Natick, Massachusetts, focused on arts like acting, painting, and creative writing.

Christian Finnegan has appeared on many TV shows. He was a panelist on VH1's Best Week Ever. He also played Chad in the "Mad Real World" sketch on Comedy Central's Chappelle's Show. Finnegan was a co-star in the TBS series Are We There Yet?.
