Christof Innerhofer (born 17 December 1984) is a famous Italian alpine ski racer. He is known for his amazing speed in races. He became a world champion in 2011 in the Super-G event.
Christof competes in all five types of alpine skiing races. He is especially good at the fast ones. These include downhill and Super-G. He has won many races in the World Cup series.

About Christof Innerhofer
Christof Innerhofer was born in Bruneck, Italy. He lives in Gais, a town in South Tyrol. He started competing in the World Cup when he was 21 years old. This was in November 2006.
His first big win was in December 2008. He won a downhill race in Bormio, Italy. This was a very exciting start to his career.
World Championship Success
At the 2011 World Championships, Christof had an incredible performance. These championships took place in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany. He won three different medals there.
He earned a gold medal in the Super-G race. He also won a silver medal in the super combined event. To top it off, he got a bronze medal in the downhill race. This was a huge achievement for him.
Right after the World Championships, Christof won another race. It was a super combined event in Bansko, Bulgaria. This race was a bit unusual. The slalom part was done first because of fog. The fast super-G part was run later in the day.
