Guadalupe Victoria is a city in Mexico. It is located in the north-western state of Durango. The city is also the main town, or "seat," of the Guadalupe Victoria Municipality.
In 2010, about 16,506 people lived in Guadalupe Victoria. This makes it an important center for the area. The city is named after Guadalupe Victoria, who was the first president of Mexico.
Geography
Guadalupe Victoria is found in the state of Durango. This state is in the north-western part of Mexico. The city sits at a high elevation of about 2,002 meters (6,568 feet) above sea level. Being so high up can affect its weather.
Climate
