Claudio Darío Biaggio, born on July 2, 1967, is a famous Argentine football player and manager. He was known as a powerful striker during his playing days.
Claudio played for many important clubs. These included teams in his home country, Argentina, like San Lorenzo de Almagro and Colón de Santa Fe. He also played in Uruguay, France, Japan, Ecuador, and Bolivia. He even played one game for the Argentina national football team in 1995.

After a long career as a player, Claudio Biaggio decided to become a football manager. He started by coaching younger players.
Coaching at San Lorenzo
Claudio began his coaching journey at San Lorenzo de Almagro, a club where he had played before. He first coached the youth teams. In 2014, he became the manager of San Lorenzo's reserve team.
In November 2017, Claudio was asked to be the temporary manager for the main San Lorenzo team. This happened after the previous manager left. He did such a good job that in December 2017, he was made the permanent manager. He led the team in 43 games, winning 19, drawing 13, and losing 11. He stepped down from this role in October 2018.
Managing Chacarita Juniors
In February 2020, Claudio Biaggio took on a new challenge. He was appointed as the manager of Chacarita Juniors.
