Claudio Rodríguez Fernández (born in Lugo, Spain, in 1956), also known as Claudio Rodríguez Fer, is a well-known writer from Galicia, Spain. He has written many books, including poetry, stories, plays, and essays. He writes mainly in the Galician language and also writes about modern literature in Spanish.

Claudio Rodríguez Fer has taught at several universities. These include the City University of New York, the University Paris Est Marne-La Vallèe, and the University of Southern Brittany. He also taught at the Université Haute Bretagne in Rennes, France. There, he received a special award called Doctor Honoris Causa.

He is currently the Director of the José Ángel Valente Chair of Poetry and Aesthetic. This is at the University of Santiago de Compostela. He also leads the Moenia magazine there. With Carmen Blanco, he helps run the magazine Unión Libre. Cadernos de vida e culturas. Claudio Rodríguez Fer has shared his work by publishing, speaking, and reading in many places.
