It includes Dreux and nearby towns such as Allainville, Aunay-sous-Crécy, Boissy-en-Drouais, Charpont, Crécy-Couvé, Garancières-en-Drouais, Garnay, Louvilliers-en-Drouais, Marville-Moutiers-Brûlé, Sainte-Gemme-Moronval, Saulnières, Tréon, Vernouillet, and Vert-en-Drouais. They also cooperate on local services and projects.

These communities help the communes work more efficiently and provide better services for their residents.
