Cristóbal Lander has been married twice. In 2007, he married Venezuelan actress Gaby Espino. They had a daughter named Oriana Lander Espino. She was born in July 2008. The couple separated in early 2010. They tried to get back together in November 2010. However, they divorced in March 2011.

On February 24, 2013, Cristóbal married another Venezuelan actress and model. Her name is Paula Bevilacqua. They have two sons together. Their first child, Cristobal Lander Bevilacqua, was born in March 2013. Their second son, Massimo Lander Bevilacqua, was born in August 2015.
