Cristin Milioti (born August 16, 1985) is an American actress. She is well-known for her roles in popular TV shows and movies. From 2013 to 2014, she played Tracy McConnell, also known as The Mother, in the TV show How I Met Your Mother. More recently, in 2024, she starred as Sofia Falcone in the HBO crime series The Penguin. Her performance in The Penguin earned her a Critics' Choice Television Award and nominations for a Golden Globe Award and a Primetime Emmy Award.
