Concepción "Cuca" Gamarra Ruiz-Clavijo (born 23 December 1974) is a Spanish politician. She was the Secretary-General of the People's Party, a major political group in Spain, until July 2025. She has also served as a member of the Spanish Parliament.

Early Life and Education
Cuca Gamarra was born on 23 December 1974 in Logroño, a city in La Rioja, Spain. She studied at the University of Deusto. There, she earned a special degree in Economic Law. This education helped her understand how laws affect the economy.
Political Career Beginnings
Cuca Gamarra started her political journey in her hometown of Logroño.
- From 2003 to 2007, she was a municipal councillor. This means she was part of the local government.
- During this time, she also served as the deputy mayor. This role is like being the assistant to the mayor.
Becoming Mayor of Logroño
In 2011, Cuca Gamarra was elected as the Mayor of Logroño. This made her the leader of the city's government. She was re-elected for a second term as mayor in 2015. She served as mayor until 2019.
National Politics
After her time as mayor, Cuca Gamarra moved into national politics.
- In April 2019, she ran for a seat in the Congress of Deputies. This is like the main parliament of Spain.
- She was elected as a deputy, representing the region of La Rioja.

Leading the People's Party
