Dairon Alberto Blanco Joseph (2 October 1992 – 16 November 2020) was a Cuban footballer. He played as a midfielder. He was born in Amancio, Cuba. He played club football for Las Tunas and in Uruguay for Canelones del Este. He also played for the Cuban national team between 2012 and 2016
Blance was killed in a car crash on 16 November 2020 in Havana, aged 28.
