How Daniel Started
Daniel first became interested in movement arts when he saw someone do a wall flip. He wanted to learn how to do it too! He tried Capoeira, which is a Brazilian martial art. But he found it had too many rules. He then discovered Parkour and Freerunning, which gave him more freedom.
