Datsakorn Thonglao (born December 30, 1983) is a famous Thai footballer. People often call him Go. He used to play as an attacking midfielder. He was known for his amazing free kicks and special plays during games.

Playing for Football Clubs
Datsakorn started playing football when he was young. He was part of the youth team at Rajpracha from 1998 to 1999. He then played his first professional games for the club in 1999.
Playing for BEC Tero Sasana
In 2001, Datsakorn joined BEC Tero Sasana, a team in the Thai Premier League. He helped them win the league title in his first season. This was his first big win as a professional player.
After this success, Datsakorn got a chance to play for 1. FC Kaiserslautern in Germany. He joined them for one season as a loan player. A loan means a player temporarily moves to another team. The German club wanted him to stay permanently. But Datsakorn decided to return to Thailand because he missed his home.
He came back to BEC Tero Sasana for the 2002-2003 season. He helped his team reach the final of the AFC Champions League, a big competition for Asian clubs. They lost to Al Ain FC from the UAE. In the same season, his team also finished second in three other competitions.
Playing for Hoàng Anh Gia Lai
In 2007, Datsakorn moved to Vietnam to play for Hoàng Anh Gia Lai. He quickly became very popular with the fans there. He played for two years, but his team did not win any trophies during that time.
Playing for Muangthong United
In 2010, Muangthong United, another top team in Thailand, signed Datsakorn. They paid a large amount of money for him. This made him one of the highest-paid Thai footballers at that time. He became a very important player for Muangthong United. He helped them win the Thai Premier League in 2010, 2012, and 2016.
Playing for Thailand's National Team
Datsakorn first played for the Thailand national team in 2001. Before that, he played for the national youth teams (Under-19 and Under-23). Soon, he became a regular player for the main national team. He played for Thailand from 2001 to 2014. He played 98 official games and scored 11 goals.
In 2007, he scored two goals in a World Cup qualification game against Macau. He also scored another goal in a 1-1 draw against Bahrain during the qualifiers.
He helped Thailand win the T&T Cup in 2008.
In 2011, Datsakorn scored two goals for Thailand in a 2-2 draw against Palestine during the 2014 FIFA World Cup qualification.
He was a key player for Thailand in the 2012 AFF Suzuki Cup. Even though he had an injury, he kept playing until the end of the tournament.
In October 2017, Datsakorn played his 100th game for Thailand. This was a special achievement, and it happened in a match against Kenya.
