David Kasumu's Football Journey
Starting at Milton Keynes Dons
David Kasumu began his football career by joining the Milton Keynes Dons' academy in 2013. He worked his way up through different age groups, showing great promise.
He made his first professional appearance for the club on August 9, 2016. This was in an EFL Cup match against Newport County, which his team won 3–2. In December 2017, David signed his first professional contract, which was a big step in his career.
On August 13, 2019, David scored his very first goal for Milton Keynes Dons. This exciting moment happened during an EFL Cup game against AFC Wimbledon. He continued to play for the club until the end of the 2021–22 season. After that, he decided it was time for a new challenge and left the club.
Moving to Huddersfield Town
On July 6, 2022, David Kasumu joined EFL Championship club Huddersfield Town. He signed a three-year contract, ready to start a new chapter in his football journey.
