Delsa Jennifer Solórzano Bernal (born 15 November 1971) is a Venezuelan lawyer and politician. She works as a deputy in the National Assembly. She also leads the Internal Affairs Parliamentary Commission. Solórzano is also a vice president of the Human Rights Commission for the Inter-Parliamentary Union. In 2018, she started a political party called Encuentro Ciudadano and is its president.

Delsa Jennifer Solórzano Bernal was born on November 15, 1971. She went to the Universidad Central de Venezuela. There, she studied to become a lawyer. She also studied criminology.
