Deon Jackson (born January 26, 1946 – died April 18, 2014) was an American soul singer and songwriter. He was known for his smooth voice and catchy songs.
Deon was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan, in the United States. He loved music from a young age. While he was in Ann Arbor High School, he sang in different groups and also performed by himself. A music producer named Ollie McLaughlin discovered him while he was still a student.
