Derrahs is a small place in Lewis County, Missouri, in the United States. It's called an unincorporated community. This means it's a group of homes or buildings that isn't officially a town or city with its own local government.
History of Derrahs
Did you know Derrahs once had its own post office? It opened in 1890. People could send and receive mail there. But it closed down in 1904. The community got its name from a nearby stream called Derrahs Branch.
