Dexter "The Blade" Jackson (born November 25, 1969) is an American retired professional bodybuilder. He is famous for winning the Mr. Olympia contest in 2008 and the Masters Mr. Olympia in 2012. Dexter holds the record for the most professional men's bodybuilding titles, with 29 wins. He also won the Arnold Classic five times, which is another record! Dexter is from Jacksonville, Florida. He stopped competing professionally after the 2020 Mr. Olympia contest.

Dexter's Journey in Bodybuilding
Dexter Jackson started his bodybuilding career in 1992. His first big competition was the NPC Southern States Championship, where he placed third. He began competing professionally in 1999. That year, he took part in the Arnold Classic, Night of Champions, and Mr. Olympia contests.
At the 2007 Mr. Olympia, Dexter finished third. Then, in 2008, he achieved his biggest dream. He won the Mr. Olympia title, beating the champion Jay Cutler. This made him only the second person to win both Mr. Olympia and the Arnold Classic in the same year. Dexter is one of only a few bodybuilders to win the Mr. Olympia Men's Open title just once.
In 2008, Dexter had an amazing year. He won the Arnold Classic, the Australian Pro Grand Prix, the New Zealand Grand Prix, the Russian Grand Prix, and the Mr. Olympia. He continued to compete at a high level for many years.
In 2012, Dexter surprised everyone by winning the Masters Olympia. He was 43 years old at the time. He won his fourth Arnold Classic title in 2013. In 2015, he placed second at the Mr. Olympia, which was his best finish since winning in 2008.
Dexter announced his retirement in 2020. His final competition was the 2020 Mr. Olympia, where he placed ninth.
Dexter has been featured in many fitness magazines, like Muscular Development and Flex. He also made a documentary DVD called Dexter Jackson: Unbreakable in 2009.

- He is the only bodybuilder to win both the Mr. Olympia and the Masters Olympia titles.
- Dexter has won the original Arnold Classic five times. This is more than any other bodybuilder.
